Why choose Respect Support

Respect Support provides flexible, participant-centred NDIS services designed to support independence, wellbeing, and meaningful community engagement. My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and professionalism, recognising that effective support begins with understanding each participant’s goals, strengths, and circumstances.

Alongside core NDIS supports such as community access, daily living assistance, and skill development, I offer capacity building through boxing-based training. These sessions are structured, non-competitive, and adapted to individual abilities. They focus on building confidence, routine, emotional awareness, and social engagement, rather than performance or outcomes. Boxing is used as a practical engagement tool to support motivation, consistency, and participation, within the scope of NDIS guidelines. Training takes place in a private, modern boxing gym designed to provide a focused and supportive environment.

Supports are delivered in line with participant plans, the NDIS Practice Standards, and all relevant safeguarding requirements. Where appropriate, I work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other providers to ensure supports remain transparent, aligned, and responsive as needs evolve.

My focus is on supporting skill development, confidence, and autonomy in ways that align with each participant’s goals and circumstances. I work at a pace that reflects individual needs and preferences, while maintaining dignity, professionalism, and accountability. My role is to provide reliable, ethical support that enables participants to pursue goals that matter to them.

ARRANGE A FREE MEET AND GREET

Respect Support is guided by the belief that people thrive when they are treated with respect, understood as individuals, and supported in environments that encourage growth and self-belief. As a boxer, boxing coach, youth worker, and support worker, I bring over seven years of experience working with young people and adults across sport, mentoring, and NDIS-aligned support.

My approach uses structured physical activity, particularly boxing, as a practical tool to build confidence, routine, and engagement. This is delivered in a way that is flexible, inclusive, and responsive to individual goals, abilities, and circumstances. I place strong value on consistency, clear communication, and genuine connection, creating a judgement-free space where participants feel supported to participate, learn, and progress at their own pace.

The Respect Support Difference

Many participants experience frustration with inconsistent support, poor communication, or feeling unheard within larger service models. Respect Support offers a more personal approach, grounded in respect, understanding individual circumstances, and taking time to listen. I provide a judgement-free environment focused on consistency, genuine engagement, and participant-led support.

Timely & Consistent Communication

Clear and reliable communication is central to effective support. I prioritise being responsive, transparent, and easy to engage with, ensuring participants, families, and coordinators remain informed and confident. This approach supports continuity of care and helps services remain aligned with individual goals and expectations.

Local Support You Can Trust

As a local provider, I understand the community and the environments participants live in. This allows support to be delivered in a practical, relatable, and consistent way. Being accessible and community-based supports stronger relationships, continuity, and trust over time.

High-Standard, Person-Centred Care

Support is delivered with a strong focus on the individual, recognising their circumstances, preferences, and goals. Services are provided in line with NDIS Practice Standards, emphasising dignity, respect, and participant choice, while remaining flexible and responsive as needs and goals evolve.
